The first thing you will notice from our web site is the large choice of trailers and equipment we offer. This means we can produce a trailer that is tailored to your own individual requirements. It could be unique to you and will set you apart from your competition. We are constantly coming up with new designs that improve presentation of your goods. Presentation and appearance are vital to a successful catering business.

STANDARD FEATURES:- There are many standard features that make Towability such outstanding value, we have featured just a few:-

1. Strong steel chassis manufactured in-house to an approved design.
2. All bodies bonded and bolted for extra strength.
3. Heavy duty flooring and covering.
4. Galvanised "A" frame and metal gas bottle supports.
5. Water containers, waste container, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and fire blanket where fryers are fitted.
6. GAS SAFE compliance certificate, electricity certificate with mains installation.
7. All aluminium extrusions anodised.
8. All trailers undergo 3 quality checks before a comprehensive handover procedure.
9. 12 months warranty Including 3 years on the chassis.
10. Large diameter gas pipework. All major appliances fitted with disconnect fittings.

When you have an idea of what type of trailer you want, and what foods you will be preparing, we then do a preliminary layout drawing and quote. Once the order is finalised, we then produce a 'C.A.D' drawing giving the detailed information of the layout of your trailer, for your approval. From final approval of this drawing to manufacture takes between 4 - 12 weeks.

On more complex units, a 3d drawing gives a much better indication of the finished product.

Obtaining good permanent sites is the objective of most caterers. Many councils will consider mobiles because they often do not require full planning permission. However, the battle is convincing councils that a mobile will blend in with the surroundings.

Over the years, we have helped many of our customers secure permanant locations with the aid of computer graphics, and our extensive database of different trailer possibilities. We make a small charge for this service which is refundable against subsequent purchase of a unit.
