Pizzas are always a popular fast food add this to the theatre and authenticity of a wood fired oven and you have a sure fire crowd puller. We have teamed up with Dingley Dell the creators of this wonderful wood fired pizza oven who will supply the oven to the customer. They will help with all aspects of the cooking and preparing the pizzas. You can visit their premises for a demonstration. The oven is delivered to us and we install it in our specially adapted 300 Euromarketeer.
This package would suit small shows, markets, weddings, functions with an output of the oven is to a large extent governed by how fast you can make the pizzas but typically a two person set up could manage 30-40 10" pizzas per hour with the addition of the optional automatic dough roller this can be increased to 60, 10" pizzas per hour with a selling price between £4.50 and £6.50, its not difficult to see how you can make a very lucrative full or part time business.
