Wood Fired Pizzas

There is nothing to beat the appeal of pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, bringing true Italian authenticity to one of Britain’s most popular fast foods. Unfortunately, until now, this has not been a practical option for mobile caterers, because of the extreme weight of these ovens.

Now, thanks to the unique pizza oven produced by Bushman, and Towability’s vast experience of bespoke trailer building, we are able to offer a practical and affordable vending unit based on our Euromarketeer, that offers a great opportunity to enter this market.

At our open weekend we will have FREE seminars presented by Jay (Dingley Dell), who designed and produces the oven, and has successfully operated a pizza business. These seminars will be running throughout the weekend and will include questions and answers covering all aspects of running a successful mobile wood fired Pizza business and LIVE demonstrations of cooking the pizzas. Spaces will be limited so please contact us to book your place.
