    How Towability trailers are constructed?

    We design and build our own chassis using the best materials and design suitable for the specific weight, a given trailer is designed to carry. On the Eurobudget and Superbudget the chassis is painted steel with a galvanised A frame whilst on the Supercontinental it is all galavanised.

    We are constantly looking for new material that will improve the appearance and durability of our trailer. We strive to find the correct combination of strength, also taking into account weight restrictions. We are aware of the vigorous work our trailers may be subjected to and try and provide materials that will withstand this use and still provide an attractive environment for the operator and an appealing place to buy from.
    Many of the fittings used in our trailers are exclusive to us and have been developed with our knowledge of the trade built up over 20 years. The number of our competitors that try to copy us is evidence of our position as leaders in our field.
    Unlike many commercial kitchens our trailers are open to the public and must provide an efficient work place easy to maintain but also be attractive to customers. We already offer a larger choice of interior finishes than any of our competitors but we are constantly looking for new materials that will set you and us apart from the competition.
