Welcome to the Towability Van Conversions

The classic van conversion, where you provide the vehicle and we essentially give it the Towability catering makeover.  Giving you a mobile catering business built completely to your requirements.

We will be happy to provide advice on suitable vehicles. The Standard Van Conversion is applied to a customers own van, to which we fit-out the interior and form vending hatches and gas boxes. The basic van configuration is unchanged.

Van Conversion standard inclusion.
Line out floor, walls and roof.
Cut out and make bespoke serving hatch c/w customer shelf in one side of vehicle.
Supply and install 2mm thick Polysafe flooring.
Clad walls and roof in hygiene safe wall covering (choices available).

Supply and install gas compartment with pipe work for one gas appliance
(all gas work to UK gas safe standards c/w certificate).

Supply and install stainless steel work tops on two sides of vehicle.
Supply and install two stainless steel sinks c/w hand pump for fresh water and waste water plumbing.

Options. 
240v or 415v mains electric installation.
Supply and install of all types of catering equipment.
Menu panels and roof sign panels.
Re-spraying and graphics on exterior.

Bespoke Options
From ceramic tile back splashes, custom led lighting, epos systems, custom push out counters there is no limit to what we can do. As long as it keeps to a legal weight limit.
